Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition, and is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach.
Cindy works with athletes to ensure they are properly fueling their training and eating optimally for their individual needs. It is her firm belief that proper and appropriate diet is highly individualized and can be determined using simple foundational principles coupled with individual fine tuning. There are no one-size-fits-all nutritional plans in existence which is why there is so much conflicting information out there and why some approaches work great for a few people but not at all for most. In the end, we all need to eat according to OUR own needs and be supported through the essential changes and building of new habits.
