SBSC Dry Land Conditioning @ the Pool

Let’s Get Fit and Stay Fit Together!  Building community and teamwork through group training!

Join fellow masters swimmers on-deck for dry land conditioning workouts designed to build overall strength, core stabilization, proper flexibility, balance, agility and more.  These workouts are ideal for athletes looking for performance building fitness, as well as regular exercisers seeking functional strength and overall fitness.  

This program is run through the Santa Barbara Swim Club (US Masters Swimming Membership and SBSC registration is required) – Visit SBSC for information on a yearly US Masters Membership (minimal fee for one-year membership) and SBSC Masters membership.  Sessions are offered for a nominal fee!  Purchase sessions online (link below) or pay at the session.  **Note punch cards and single sessions can be applied toward the Dry Land Conditioning Workouts or the Cycle @ the Pool Sessions (more information on Cycling here)

Saturday’s at 10:45 – 11:30 AM (meet right on the pool deck)
